Legal Requirements
Wines purchased from Peachy Canyon Winery are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only. You must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Peachy Canyon Winery. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). We recommend shipping to a business address to ensure delivery of your order on the first attempt.
Credit Card on File
With customer consent, Peachy Canyon Winery has the ability to retain credit card information in our secure customer database. A credit card on file is required for all wine club accounts. When provided, the customer authorizes Peachy Canyon Winery to process orders on their behalf using their card on file.
Weather Disclaimer
Wine is a perishable commodity. Temperature extremes (hot, humid summer and cold winter) may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Peachy Canyon Winery is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect all packages as soon as they are received. If they are of your satisfaction, enjoy! If any bottles are broken, please contact orders@peachycanyon.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we can initiate a claim with our fulfillment center or the carrier direct. Please keep the original packaging and its contents exactly as they were delivered. If possible, take photographs documenting the damage. In most cases, we will arrange to have the carrier retrieve the package. Understand that if the broken product cannot be retrieved, we cannot receive compensation for the loss.
