Winemaker Notes
Upon arrival from Mustard Creek, this fruit was gently destemmed before being fermented in tanks. Pumped over several times daily, the resulting wine shows restraint and a heady depth of character. Only one block of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah was harvested for Peachy Canyon Winery, thus this is a single block bottling as well. The two varieties from the single block are fermented separately and blended back together early in their lives. Aged 18 months in a mix of French, American and Hungarian Oak barrels and puncheons, 30% of which are new.
