Farmed organically by the Bailey family for generations, the fruit for this wine was fermented in small lots with hand punch-downs three times daily. After a gentle pressing, this wine was aged for 18 months in a combination of French and Hungarian oak barrels and puncheons. 

Color: Deep Garnet 

Aroma: White pepper and cocoa lead to pleasant aromas of olallieberry and dark chocolate. 

Palate: A juicy blend of bright berries and dried meats give way to an elegant finish redolent of raspberries and white pepper.
