The 2018 Ms. Behave Malbec is a blend of fruit from both our Mustang Springs Ranch and Old Schoolhouse Vineyards. Both cuvees were fermented in tank with twice-daily pump overs, and then aged for 12 months in a combination of French, Hungarian and American oak barrels. Once racked, the cuvees were blended and put back in barrel for an additional 6 months of
additional aging prior to bottling.
Color: Ruby
Aromas: Beautifully floral, redolent of dried rosepetals and violet, lemon peel and rosemary.
Palate: Bright, crisp flavors of red fruits, both fresh and dried wrapped in soft, lingering tannins.
