The varietals for this Bordeaux-style blend were grown in both estate and non-estate vineyards throughout Paso’s west side. Fermented separately, following racking, a final blend of select barrels was made and returned to a combination of French and Hungarian oak barrels for six months of additional aging prior to bottling.
Color: Deep Garnet
Aroma: A big full nose of raspberries, black currants, baking spices, and berry pie.
